Andrei is a 10 years old Russian boy who is passionate about hockey and has been practicing since the age of 4. This is his second year with us at La Garenne and from the beginning he joined the Villars hockey team. He has since become the team's leading scorer and continues to progress continuously. He is also a very good student. We are all proud of him. Congratulations for your perseverance and your hard work.

This evening, the Junior and Senior boys had their first TEDx experience.They discussed decision making and whether homework was important in school. We also watched a great TEDx film on decision making.

Last night the students started the Christmas festivities by decorating the boarding houses and putting up the Christmas tree.With the end of the term soon upon us, please remember to inform the office in regards to departure dates and times!

As part of Boarding life, Paula likes to run a cooking club and when we are lucky, and she has some free time at home, she bakes cakes for us during the week to share. Unfortunately after this picture was taken, two pieces went missing...

This week the design and technology club have been working on the shape and design of the balloon. Next week they will be making the real balloon and hopefully, the following week it will be the first flight!
