The students have enoyed the activities this term and the evening activities have been a lot of fun. Last week the students enjoyed going up the mountain by ski-do and having dinner with their friends, before driving back down and returning to school. It has been a busy term so far!

Yesterday our youngest students participated in their first cooking experience out of school. There was of course no better way to start than by making chocolate and of course, eating their work at the end. It was a fantastic experience and we are lucky to have Swiss chocolatiers who were patient enough to spend time doing so with them!

This week the students have been participating in the Swiss tradition of chocolate making and the artistic possibilities within. They have enjoyed working alongside a  Swiss Chocolatier! 

Last weekend the girls from Beau Site went to Lucerne for a 'girls' weekend. They planned and prepared their trip together, stayed in a beautiful hotel and enjoyed the shopping as well as the local restaurants!

This week we are celebrating Chinese week, we will be holding Chinese cooking classes on Tuesday, Chinese meals during the week, Chinese music when we wake up each morning, Chinese caligraphy lessons and much more! A big thank you to the parents who sent us the decorations for the school and Mrs Sun our Chinese teacher who has helped with decorations and cooking classes!
