With all the students at home for the moment, they have missed quite a few fun after school activities. Luckily they are able to continue in their home countries from time to time. We will though be holding our first on-line cooking class next week and the students will be able to participate in the course. There will be two schedules depending in which area of the world the students live. A list of ingredients etc, will be sent giving the students the time to prepare. We hope to have some photos for the next blog showing how the students gone on!

Dear All,

We hope you are well and that staying at home is not too difficult. We are happy to see  that you have all been able to follow your studies and that you are managing. The boarding team have set up Google groups for all the boarding students and we have spoken with some of you over the last week. Please feel free to contact us and speak with the boarding team if you have any questions or just want a chat! At the moment we are very lucky in Switzerland as the weather has been warm and sunny which makes staying at home a little easier when you can open the window and have a beautiful view of the Swiss mountains in front of you.

The students are always happy to receive presents and care packages from their families, this is a tradition to always uphold! With this said, we ask that the families pay attention to what they send and what the students bring with them to school. In the photos attached, there are products with self heating containers which are dangerous for students to have on the school campus. Please help us by continuining to send care packages with books and magazines in the student's mother tongue and of course a few sweets are always appreciated by the students! Please though be careful in regards to certain food products and what they contain, thank you.

With the Easter holidays soon upon us, we would like to remind all the families that should they require specific clothing or items, to please;

Years 1-6 (Primary)

Inform the main office by email and we will inform the staff and house parents in order to make sure that everything is packed correctly.

MYP students

All the MYP students are responsible for organising their own suitcases and preparing for their departure. Please communicate directly with your child/children and make sure they know what is expected. The house parents and staff are at hand to help them should need be.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that the end of term organisation including the ski ceremony has been sent for your personal organisation.

Last week the students had their St Valentine's party and it was good to see that they enjoyed themselves. There were the usual group of 'full time' dancers who danced throughout the evening and some new members to the group. The students had dinner at the party and they all seemed to have a lot of fun! The next big party to organise is the end of year ball!
